- 01Who we are.
Kynth Studios is an AI software studio. We build AI-powered web applications across legal, billing, healthcare, customer operations, sales, and personal productivity — a catalog of fifty-plus products published at kynth.studio. You can reach us at kyisaiah47@gmail.com.
- 02What we collect.
When you create an account in one of our products we collect your email address and, depending on the product, a display name or profile photo from your chosen identity provider. When you connect a third-party integration we receive an OAuth access token scoped to the permissions you explicitly grant. When a business uses one of our products to message its own customers, the business provides those customers' mobile phone numbers and records their consent; we process those numbers only to deliver the messages the recipient opted in to receive. We collect basic usage telemetry such as page views, feature interactions, and error reports to operate and improve the products.
- 03What we do with it.
We use the information you provide to deliver the product features you signed up for. We do not sell your data. We do not use your business or customer data to train third-party AI models. AI features call language-model APIs from Anthropic (Claude) and Google (Gemini) under their respective zero-retention or no-training data agreements. AI output can contain mistakes and is provided for your review; Kynth Studios products are not a substitute for professional legal, financial, tax, or medical advice.
- 04SMS and mobile messaging.
Some Kynth Studios products send SMS text messages — such as appointment reminders, booking and reschedule confirmations, schedule changes, and account notifications — on behalf of the business using the product, to contacts who gave that business their mobile number and express consent. We collect and process those phone numbers and consent records solely to deliver the messages the recipient opted in to receive. No mobile information or SMS opt-in consent will be shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. SMS originator opt-in data and consent are never sold, rented, or shared with any third party for any purpose. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies; recipients can reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help. Full details are in our SMS Messaging Terms at kynth.studio/sms-opt-in.
- 05Third-party integrations.
Each Kynth product may connect to third-party services on your behalf — for example Google and Microsoft Outlook (email and calendar), Intuit QuickBooks (accounting), HubSpot and Salesforce (CRM), Square and Shopify (commerce), Plaid (bank data), Slack, Linear, Clio, Gusto, Dropbox Sign, and review platforms such as Yelp and Tripadvisor. Connecting a service requires you to authenticate through that service's OAuth flow and grant specific scopes; we request only the minimum scopes a feature needs, use the data solely to provide that feature to you, and never sell it or use it to train AI models. You can revoke a connection at any time from the product's integration settings or directly in the provider's account settings. Where a product accesses Google user data, our use complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
- 06YouTube API Services.
Some Kynth Studios tools use YouTube API Services to publish and manage video content on our own YouTube channel. By using these features you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service at https://www.youtube.com/t/terms, and any information handled through the YouTube API Services is subject to the Google Privacy Policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy. We use the YouTube API Services solely to upload and manage our own content; we do not access, store, or share YouTube data belonging to any other user or channel. You can revoke Kynth Studios' access to YouTube API Services at any time through your Google account security settings at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions, and any stored authorization tokens are deleted as described in our data retention and deletion section.
- 07Payments.
Where a Kynth product collects payments, processing is handled by Stripe. Card details are submitted directly to Stripe and are never stored on Kynth servers. Your use of payment features is also subject to the Stripe Services Agreement. Some products connect accounting and banking providers (Intuit QuickBooks, Plaid) to reconcile or report on payments under the same minimum-scope, no-resale, no-model-training commitments described above.
- 08Data storage and security.
Account data and product data are stored in managed Postgres databases with encryption at rest and TLS in transit. OAuth refresh tokens are encrypted with per-product symmetric keys. We restrict access to production data to the operator of the studio.
- 09Data retention and deletion.
You can delete your account from within each product at any time. When you do, we delete your account record, your connected integration tokens, and your product data within thirty days. To request export or deletion outside of the in-app flow, email kyisaiah47@gmail.com.
- 10Cookies.
We use first-party cookies and local storage for authentication sessions and to remember UI preferences. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
- 11Trademarks.
All third-party product names, logos, and brands — including Google, Microsoft, Outlook, Intuit, QuickBooks, Stripe, HubSpot, Salesforce, Square, Shopify, Plaid, Slack, Linear, Clio, Gusto, Dropbox Sign, Yelp, Tripadvisor, Telnyx, and Anthropic — are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only. Their use does not imply affiliation with or endorsement by them.
- 12Children.
Kynth Studios products are intended for users eighteen and older and are not directed at children.
- 13Changes to this policy.
We may update this policy as our products evolve. Material changes will be announced at the top of this page with a revised last-updated date.
- 14Contact.
